Florida City Government Week is a time for municipalities to provide and foster civic education, collaboration, volunteerism and more. Sponsored by the Florida League of Cities, this community celebration event hopes to bring awareness to city government’s role in enhancing the quality of life in its communities.
The City of Webster observed the event with a number of civic activities including partnering with the Sumter Byway to offer information on the byway to the local citizenry. The Sumter County Time picture shows City staff together with Kelly Williams and Judie Muller from the byway.
